Welcome! I am so excited to be starting the 2023-2024 school year at Augusta Independent. This will be my 5th year teaching. This year, I will be teaching 5th Grade Reading and Writing, as well as 4th-6th Science. I have a passion for science and can't wait to help students discover the wonderful world around them.
Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, biking, gardening, and reading. My husband, David, and I have a small farm in Augusta with our four boys, Jasper, Hugh, Oliver, and David (the third). We also have a black lab named Sadie and a Golden Retriever named Ranger. All of my children attend Augusta and love it!
